Your Organization may qualify for
Funded Training !!
Today's high-tech, global and increasingly competitive economy requires California workers and employers to have the most advanced skills and tools available to succeed. That is why effective job training is more essential today than ever before.
A joint business-labor supported state agency provides training funds to empower workers, promote businesses and propel the state's economy.
This California State agency was created in 1982 as a cooperative business-labor program to retrain workers. The program was designed to fund training that meets the needs of employers for skilled workers and the need of workers for good, long-term jobs.

This employer-supported training is used to improve the economic climate by training new workers and retraining workers in danger of being laid off as a result of technological advancements in the workplace, and because of foreign and domestic competition.
CrossBow Communications helps determine whether your organization qualifies to receive training grants and expedites the grant application process. CrossBow Communications assists in administering and logging the training for reporting purposes. |
